The Topper Integrated Learning system- our first offering- deals with curriculum
related content specifically aimed at secondary and senior school students. i.e.
Classes 9 to 12, initially in the subjects of Physics Chemistry and Mathematics.
Topper Integrated Learning System content, is accessible to students in different
formats as well as different mediums including interactive television, the internet, etc.
It comprises of digital video, text and data content, and will be made available to
students on a subscription basis.
Interactive Video content of TILS is exclusively distributed on addressable mediums
such as DTH television.TOPPER is a 24hour educational TV channel with interactivity
built in. Extensive research among teachers
and students, led by a team of highly experienced educationists has been the basis
for the formulation of the content which will be readily available at the click
of a remote. Interactivity is provided through the platform’s middleware
and includes elements such as Daily Quiz, Topic Tips, Study pages, EPG
etc.
The web portal www.topperlearning.com
provides an expert panel to students to get answers to their queries. Students can
also take tests online and study online at the site. The web portal also creates
forums and groups where like minded students can interact about issues relevant
to their subjects.
Other functionalities of TILS are under development and will be introduced in a
phased manner. These include services on the Mobile, Video-on-Demand and other
such advanced features.
